My dsl speed has dropped down to 27k down load about 600k upload, it is suppose to be 3.0m download and 768k upload, I have had it for 4 years. I have checked all connections. Disconnected everything and reconnected. Nothing is helping, thus the question is it time for a new modem?

You can go to any store like Office Depot ..or like and ask them they can help you  on any problems you have
